Sebastien Beline is an experienced chef chocolatier with a robust career spanning over two decades in the chocolate industry. Currently serving as the chef chocolatier at Astor Chocolate since November 2001, Sebastien has also held significant positions at Laduree Paris from March 1998 to September 2001 and at Chocolaterie Beline from September 1994 to January 1998. Educated at l'Ecole des Metiers de la Table in Paris, Sebastien Beline has developed a strong expertise in research and development within the realm of chocolate craftsmanship.
