Maximilian Szwaj currently serves as VP Lotus Tech and Managing Director at Lotus Tech Innovation Centre GmbH since August 2020, while also holding the position of VP Engineering at Aston Martin Lagonda Ltd since January 2017. Prior to these roles, Maximilian worked at Ferrari as Head of Body Engineering and Innovations from February 2011 to January 2017, and at BMW Group as Manager in Concept Engineering from October 2004 to February 2011. Maximilian holds a BA and BAI from Trinity College Dublin.
