Lauren Marchant is an experienced professional in the motorsport and automotive sectors, currently serving as Merchandise Manager at Aston Martin F1 Team since January 2022. Prior roles include Merchandise & Team Kit Manager and Team Kit Coordinator at the same organization, as well as Service Administrator at Guy Salmon Jaguar Land Rover from July to December 2021, and a brief tenure as a Marketing Intern at Sahara Force India Formula One Team in July 2017. Lauren holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Cardiff University and has completed A Levels in Psychology, History, and English Literature at Northampton School for Boys, along with achieving 10 GCSEs graded A*-B at The Elizabeth Woodville School.
