Brigitta Florentino is an experienced professional in food science and product development, currently serving as NPD Project Manager at Aston Manor Cider since November 2021. Previously, Brigitta held positions as Food Development Technologist at Campden BRI and NPD Technologist at Panesar Foods Limited, demonstrating a solid background in new product development and technology within the food industry. Prior experience includes roles as NPD Process Technologist and Process Technologist at in2food, as well as internships at in2food and Finlar Fine Foods (Pty) Ltd. Brigitta received a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Food Science from Stellenbosch University and furthered education at Mac-Nutrition Uni. Educational background also includes completion of secondary education at Stellenberg High School.
