Patrick McDonald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and recruiting. Currently serving as an Account Executive at Aston Carter since July 2021, Patrick oversees five Account Managers and is responsible for managing key accounts including Microsoft, Starbucks, and Nestle. Previously, Patrick held the position of Practice Lead at Aerotek from September 2002, focusing on the full lifecycle recruiting process within the Professional recruiting division, particularly in the Admin/Clerical and Marketing/Creative sectors. Patrick holds a degree in Business with a concentration in Human Resources and Management from Washington State University, complemented by education at Sunnyside High and completion of a PHR class.
