Chad Koele serves as President of Actalent since June 2021, bringing extensive experience from Aerotek where Chad held several key leadership roles including President of the Engineering & Sciences business unit, Senior Vice President of Operations, and Senior Vice President of Strategic Sales and Operations. Prior to this, Chad Koele was the President of EASi, overseeing sales and delivery of engineering and sciences solutions. Chad Koele began their career at Aerotek as a Technical Recruiter and subsequently held positions as Regional Account Manager and Director of Business Operations. Chad Koele earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
