Sandra Kowalczyk is an experienced Senior Information Technology Project Manager with a proven track record leading IT projects across multiple organizations. Currently at ASTM International since July 2019, Sandra previously held similar positions at Vanguard and Sonepar USA. With a strong foundation in project management gained at Tata Consultancy Services and Towers Watson, Sandra also brings experience in engineering project management from a lengthy tenure at Unisys Corporation, where significant cost recoveries were achieved. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Mathematics from La Salle University and has completed postgraduate courses in Software Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania.
