Tricia is Aster Talent's Head of Talent Intelligence and brings over 25 years of research experience working in consulting and private equity.

Tricia began her career as a research professional at McKinsey & Company in Cleveland and Chicago. She then joined GTCR as VP of Research in Chicago and eventually found her way to the West Coast, spending 14 years at TPG Global managing their research capabilities.

Tricia holds a Master of Library Science from Kent State University and a BA in Sociology from The Ohio State University.
