Vikki Bernard is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee relations. Since July 2012, Vikki has held various roles at Aster Group UK, including Talent Acquisition Lead, Talent & Resourcing Business Partner, and HR Advisor, focusing on managing employee relations cases, advising on employment law, and supporting wellbeing initiatives. Previous positions at Aster Group included HR Officer and HR Assistant, where Vikki contributed to significant HR projects. Vikki's earlier experience includes a brief tenure as an HR Assistant at Stannah Group. Vikki holds a BA (Hons) in English & Media from Solent University and a CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Human Resource Management from Eastleigh College, along with A Levels in Law, English, and Business Studies from Peter Symonds College.
