Loes Vanden Eynde is an experienced leader in medical affairs, currently serving as Global Head Evidence Generation Operations at Astellas Pharma since May 2020. With a strong background in clinical operations and project management, Vanden Eynde has held various leadership roles at AbbVie, Novo Nordisk, Vifor Pharma, and UCB Pharma, overseeing global clinical projects and managing teams of Clinical Project Managers and assistants. Vanden Eynde began the career in pharmaceutical sales with Eli Lilly and Aventis Pharmaceuticals, building relationships with healthcare professionals and successfully achieving sales targets. Vanden Eynde holds a Bachelor's degree in Nursing with specializations in psychiatric and pediatric care from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven.
