Sboniso Ndlangamandla has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. In 2012, they worked as a Wireless Technician at SCAN RF Projects. Sboniso then moved on to become a Junior IT Support Technician at Howden in 2013, where they gained valuable technical skills. In 2016, they joined Osborn Engineered Products SA (Pty) Ltd as an IT Support professional, responsible for various tasks such as managing user accounts, resolving Helpdesk requests, and ensuring data backups. Sboniso also provided Microsoft AX Dynamics support. Currently, Sboniso works at ASTEC as an IT Audit Coordinator starting in October 2022.

Sboniso Ndlangamandla began their education in 2009 at Gert Sibande FET College, where they studied Information Technology. After completing their studies there in 2010, they furthered their education at Estech in the same field and obtained certification. In 2018, Sboniso enrolled at MANCOSA and pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information and Technology Management, which they completed with Cum Laude honors in 2020. Sboniso also obtained the certification of Sarbanes-Oxley Expert from the Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Professionals Association (SOXCPA) in April 2023.
