Hemanta K Balami is a seasoned electrical engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Sr. Electrical Engineer at Roadtec, an Astec Brand, since July 2022, Hemanta previously held the position of Engineering Manager/Electrical at ATN Hoelzel LP from January 2012 to July 2022, where responsibilities included developing and implementing policies for the electrical engineering department and coordinating technical project activities. Prior to that, Hemanta worked as an Electrical Design Engineer, focusing on designing electrical and pneumatic schematics for robotic systems, as well as an Electrical Control Cabinet layouts. Additional experience includes commissioning industrial robots and programming them for automation tasks, as well as serving as an Embedded System Engineer at WorkStation Nepal, where design work for analog and digital circuits was performed. Hemanta holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from McNeese State University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
