Manyi Pan has a strong background in process engineering, having worked in various roles in the field throughout their career. Their most recent position is as a Senior Research Engineer at the Institute of Microelectronics, starting in August 2021. Prior to that, they worked at STATS ChipPAC Ltd. as a Process Engineer and Process Development Engineer since January 2013.

Before joining STATS ChipPAC Ltd., Manyi Pan held the role of Process Engineer at EPCOS Pte Ltd from April 2012 until September 2012. MANYI also worked as a Process Engineer at STMicroelectronics from January 2010 to January 2012, and at Global Foundaries from June 2006 to February 2009. Their earliest work experience in the field was as a Process Engineer at Nanofilm Technologies International Pte Ltd from August 2005 to April 2006.

Manyi Pan completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore from 2003 to 2005. Prior to this, from 2001 to 2002, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Advanced Materials for Micro- and Nano-systems from the Singapore MIT Alliance. MANYI also holds a Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, which they obtained from Xi'an Jiaotong University from 1998 to 2001.
