Mideg Dugarova currently serves as Developer Relations at Astar Foundation, focusing on expanding the developer community through education since March 2023. Previous experience includes Ecosystem Development at Parity Technologies from November 2019 to February 2023, and co-founding Language4Water Berlin, where eight language courses were organized with profits donated to WaterAid. Mideg has also worked as a Business Development intern at Sensorberg GmbH and as a PR & Communications intern for the EU-Russia Civil Society Forum, where responsibilities included communication with NGOs, media drafting, and event organization. Academic credentials encompass a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Technische Universität Berlin and multiple degrees in Political Science and Russian studies from various prominent institutions, including Corvinus University of Budapest and the University of Glasgow.
