Sheree M. Mitchell, M.A. has extensive work experience in the travel and education industries. Sheree M. is the President and Founder of Immersa Global, a boutique travel company specializing in exclusive food, wine, and art programs in Portugal, as well as personalized Spanish-for-professionals immersion programs in Costa Rica. Sheree also served as the President of the Portugal ASTA Chapter for the American Society of Travel Advisors. Prior to founding Immersa Global, they were the President of SMGlobal Consulting, LLC, where they designed and executed language and cultural immersion programs in Costa Rica for English-speaking individuals and organizations. Additionally, Sheree worked as a World Language Instructor at Palmer Trinity Private School and as a Spanish Language Instructor at Florida State University, where they taught and developed curriculum for non-native Spanish-speaking students. Currently, they are a General Partner at Bay Street Capital Holdings.

Sheree M. Mitchell, M.A. completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Spanish Language and Literature at Florida State University from 1997 to 2004. Currently, they are pursuing a degree in Sustainability Studies at Harvard Extension School, starting in 2020 and expected to graduate in 2023. Additionally, they have a background in Environmental Management of International Tourism Development from Harvard Extension School.
