Caroline LAMBERTS has a diverse work experience. Caroline started their career at BNP PARIBAS as a Chargée d'affaires Professionnels from January 2009 to September 2009. Caroline then joined Orange as a Contrôleur de gestion from September 2009 to July 2010. After that, they worked at Decathlon/Okaïdi/Karl Marc John as a Responsable adjointe de magasin from October 2010 to March 2013. Caroline then transitioned to Assystem, where they held various roles including Senior Recruitment Officer from March 2013 to September 2016, Talent Acquisition Manager BU Connect from September 2016 to September 2019, Talent Acquisition Manager BU Connect from September 2019 to September 2021, and Talent Acquisition Manager SBU Digital from September 2021 to September 2022. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Recruitment France at Assystem, starting in September 2022.

Caroline Lamberts holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, which they completed at Excelia from 2007 to 2010. Caroline also obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at CESI Nanterre from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, in 2005 to 2007, they completed a BAC +2 degree in Economics and Management at Nantes Université. Their education journey began with a Baccalauréat in Economics and Social Sciences from LYCEE SAINT DOMINIQUE - Nantes in 2003 to 2005. Additionally, they have obtained the Mastering LinkedIn Recruiter Assessment certification from LinkedIn in 2020.
