Javier Cárdenas Durán is a software engineer with extensive experience in systems management, software development, and education. Currently serving as the principal software engineer at AssureSoft since February 2022, Javier held positions such as National Head of Systems Department at American Iris Paper Company S.R.L., and university teacher at UCATEC University, teaching various computer science subjects. Prior roles include leading systems initiatives at Fundación FEICOBOL, coordinating systems and business meetings at Campo Ferial 3 de Julio, and serving in leadership roles at AIESEC en Oruro and AIESEC Bolivia. Javier holds multiple degrees, including a Master’s in Business Intelligence from Universidad Católica Boliviana and a Bachelor's in Systems Engineering from Universidad Técnica de Oruro, complemented by several diplomas in education and human resources management.
