Ralph Vanner began their work experience in 1991 at Vanner Insurance Agency, where they held the positions of Chairman and Partner until November 2021. In November 2021, they joined Vanner Insurance Agency, a proud member of Assured Partners, as a Risk Management Consultant. Later in the same year, in October 2021, they also became the Vice President - Sales at AssuredPartners.

Ralph Vanner attended Canisius High School from 1979 to 1983. Ralph then pursued a Bachelor's degree in English Writing/Political Science at Denison University from 1983 to 1987. Later, in 2014 to 2015, they attended the University at Buffalo and completed the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL) program, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services.
