Ed Rose possesses extensive technical and managerial experience, accumulating over 25 years in systems engineering, system architecture, design, and development. Currently serving as Technical Contract Support at Assured Space Access Technologies, Inc. since June 2009, Ed Rose has been involved in software upgrades and proposal responses related to the Space Tracking and Surveillance System (STSS). Previous roles include SDSU Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Information Systems, where Ed Rose managed a $45M budget, and various positions at TRW, including NIMA Library and RockFace Program Manager. Military service includes an officer role in the U.S. Air Force, focusing on enhancing communications systems. Ed Rose holds an MS in Computer Science from West Coast University and a BS in Mathematics and Computer Science from UCLA.
