Mark Stellini is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance. As the Principal at Assurance Media, LLC since August 2009, Stellini has also served as a Board Director at AIG Federal Savings Bank since April 2004. Stellini holds positions as a Board Member for Freire Charter Schools and the Delaware Workforce Development Board, both since 2016 and 2017 respectively, as well as the New Castle County Votech School District since April 2010. Notably, Stellini was the Immediate Past Chairman at the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce from 2012 to 2015 and at Delaware Technical & Community College from 2011 to 2015. Prior to these roles, Stellini was President & CEO of Info Systems, Inc. from April 1982 until its acquisition by MTM in May 2005. Stellini's educational background includes studies at Delaware Technical Community College and Averett University.
