Marcus Richardson is a seasoned asset management professional with extensive experience in the property sector. Currently serving as a Senior Asset Manager at Assura plc since December 2018, Marcus oversees a portfolio in London and the South-East valued at approximately £975 million, focusing on Primary Care and other mixed-use properties. Previously, as a founding Director of Greenhills Asset Management from January 2006 to December 2018, Marcus was instrumental in the strategic asset management of large multi-let estates, including notable properties like Croxley Park and Solent Business Park. Prior to that role, Marcus worked as an Asset Manager at Hemingway Properties Ltd, managing a diverse UK portfolio with an emphasis on refurbishment and re-letting. Marcus holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Land Economy from the University of Aberdeen and a degree in History from the University of Kent.
