Alicia Figueroa is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education and customer service. Currently serving as a Customer Relationship Advocate at Fidelity Investments since February 2019, Alicia also holds the position of Lead Preschool Teacher at The Goddard School and has been a Preschool Teacher at Assumption Catholic School since January 2018. Previous roles include customer service at Publix Super Markets and music teaching at Sacred Heart Catholic School. Additionally, Alicia gained valuable experience as an Assistant General Manager at Mia Avenue Salon and as a Youth Counselor intern at CMF International, where significant fundraising and donor relations efforts were made. Alicia holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Counseling Psychology from Johnson University and Florida Christian College, both earned between 2010 and 2014.
