Irina Bessmertnaya is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG since March 2020, where responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement analysis, personnel turnover management, and conflict resolution. Previously, Irina held the role of HR Manager at the same company, overseeing the recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions and participating in corporate HR projects.
