Connor Kornow is an HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and HR Manager at AsstrA-Associated Traffic AG since August 2022, Connor is responsible for candidate sourcing, contract negotiations, benefit program implementation, and the development of HR strategies in the UK, USA, and DACH regions. Previously, Connor worked at Mindtree as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, focusing on IT recruitment and onboarding processes, and at Frank Recruitment Group as a Recruitment Consultant, managing the recruitment cycle in the German IT market. Connor holds an education from the Regionales Berufliches Bildungszentrum des Landkreises Vorpommern-Rügen, completed in June 2022.
