André Schubert has extensive work experience in various roles in the IT industry. André currently serves as the Head of IT at assona GmbH since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Westernacher Solutions GmbH as a Senior Consultant / Principal Solutions Engineer from November 2015 to February 2021. André also held the position of Head of Dedicated Web Hosting Development at Strato AG for a brief period in September 2015. From June 2012 to August 2015, André served as the Head of IT Development - Professional Customer at ImmobilienScout24. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Software Architect at Idealo Internet GmbH in March 2012, a Team Leader - Mobile Payment Services / Connectivity at Jesta Digital from January 2009 to February 2012, and a Senior Software Developer at Hypoport AG from 2005 to 2008. André also held roles such as Manager Quality Systems at Service Concepts GmbH in 2004, Software Developer at Masterplan Informationsmanagement from 2003 to 2004, and Software Developer (Freelancer) at Tembit Software GmbH from 1999 to 2002.

André Schubert holds a Diplom-Informatiker degree in Applied Informatics and Technical Informatics from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Master and Certified Scrum Professional from the Scrum Alliance. André also holds a certification as an Industrieelektroniker Gerätetechnik from IHK Berlin, as well as an Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer certification from Oracle.
