Antonio Pischedda

Antonio Pischedda is an experienced sommelier and hospitality professional with a strong background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a professional sommelier at the Association Suisse Sommeliers Professionnels and as a sommelier and vendor at Terreni alla Maggia since 2018, Antonio has also held various significant positions including sommelier at Associazione Italiana Sommelier, and roles ranging from maitre to chef de rang in prestigious hotels such as Mont Cervin Palace and Hotel Castello del Sole. Antonio's education includes a diploma in cheese tasting from Onaf, a canton diploma in hospitality from Gastro Ticino, and a sommelier certification from A.I.S., among other relevant training.
