Antonello Maietta boasts extensive experience in the wine and culinary sectors, highlighted by a 12-year tenure as Former President of the Associazione Italiana Sommelier, where Antonello advanced the appreciation of Italian food and wine both domestically and internationally. Currently, Antonello serves as Founder and CEO of Sottolalente, alongside teaching positions at Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna and Il Sole 24 Ore, focusing on Italian enography and enotourism. Additionally, Antonello has held leadership roles such as President of jamin srl - UnderWaterWines, Director of the official publication Vitae for the Associazione Italiana Sommelier, and CEO of Antichi Sapori Liguri, contributing significantly to the growth and promotion of Ligurian wines and food specialties. Past experiences also include owning notable establishments like Enoteca 'A Posàa and Ristorante Taverna del Corsaro, establishing a strong foundation in the culinary arts and hospitality.
