Jackie Ogden, PhD, is an experienced professional in animal behavior and management, currently serving as the Founder and Principal of Natural Leadership LLC since January 2018 and as a Senior Advisor for Zoo Advisors, LLC since January 2019. With extensive experience at the Association of Zoos and Aquariums since February 2015 as a Project Manager, Jackie also held prominent roles at Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, including VP of Animals, Science and Environment from September 2007 to January 2016 and Director of Animals, Science and Environment from October 2002 to September 2007. Additionally, Jackie contributed to Walt Disney World in various roles from July 1997 to September 2007 and served as Chair of the Board of Directors for AZA during 2013-2014. Jackie Ogden holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Psychology with a specialization in animal behavior and a minor in management from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
