Rachel Balzano has extensive experience in various roles such as Communications Coordinator at the Association of Writers & Writing Programs and Program Specialist at Ithaca College. Rachel has also worked in customer service roles at Cinemapolis, Cinemark, and the Ithaca College Dining Hall. Rachel has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature/Letters from Ithaca College.
