Harizon Odembo, MPA-HC, serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Interim Chief Operating Officer at Equity Consulting LLC since August 2023, where responsibilities include accounting, business management, client services, and human resources. Prior to this role, Harizon held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company. At the Association of Washington Cities, Harizon has been the Employee Benefits Manager since June 2023, overseeing Trust operations and aligning them with strategic goals. Previously, Harizon worked at Peralta Community College District as the District Benefits Manager and Benefits and Leave Coordinator, focusing on health and welfare programs and compliance with relevant regulations. Harizon holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from California State University - East Bay.
