Linda Hogan has a diverse work experience history, starting in 2004 as a Teacher at St. Luke's Lutheran School, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, they became the Owner of Linda Hogan Photography. Linda then joined Woodberry Forest School as a Communications Associate from an unknown start date until November 2017. From December 2017 to May 2021, Linda worked at ASWB - Association of Social Work Boards, first as a Communications and Marketing Specialist and then as an Examination Communications Project Coordinator. Finally, they served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors at Four County Players from October 2013 to June 2020.

Linda Hogan obtained a Master's Degree in English and Secondary English Education from the University of Virginia, where they studied from 1985 to 1988. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in English at Arizona State University from 1981 to 1985. In addition to their academic achievements, Linda also obtained certifications in "Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion in the Workplace V4.1" from Traliant in June 2023 and "Adobe InDesign Bootcamp" from Noble Desktop in October 2022.
