Jo Taylor has an extensive background in HR and staff development, having worked as the Head of HR and Staff Development at United Colleges Group for over 15 years. Currently, Jo is serving as the Head of Employment Advisory Services at the Association of Colleges, where they also hold the title of HR Specialist Member Services Manager.
