Nicki Deeson is an accomplished leadership coach, business mentor, and consultant with extensive experience in the non-profit and charity sectors. Currently serving as Senior Project Lead for the Association of Business Mentors, Nicki has significantly shaped the UK government's Help to Grow programme and recruited a community of 3,000 volunteer mentors. Previous roles include Leadership Coach and International Finance Director at Amnesty International, where strategic growth and enhanced financial decision-making were achieved. Nicki has also held senior positions at Alzheimer's Society and Plan International, focusing on finance, strategic management, and impactful initiatives. An ACA qualified professional, Nicki began a career in auditing with PriceWaterhouseCoopers after earning a BA (Hons) in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
