James Eades is a seasoned IT and business professional with extensive experience as Managing Director of Systemagic Ltd since September 2002, delivering award-winning IT support services and cloud computing solutions across the UK. Eades also contributes as a Business Mentor and Non-Executive Director for the Association of Business Mentors since July 2022, actively mentoring clients and leveraging a post-graduate degree in Strategic Leadership and Management. Additionally, Eades holds director positions at LINSTONE CHINE MANAGEMENT CO. LIMITED and LINSTONE CHINE HOLIDAY SERVICES LIMITED as of October 2023 and is the owner of The Asteria Group Ltd, an investment company with a portfolio that includes Systemagic and other ventures. Eades graduated with a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Leadership and Management from Brighton MET and holds a BSc(Hons) in Business Information Technology from the University of the West of England, along with an HND in the same field from the University of Bath.
