Charlie Bagley is an experienced professional in regulatory and policy management, currently serving as Manager for Conduct Regulation at the Association of British Insurers since July 2018. Prior to this role, Charlie spent over six years at HM Treasury, holding multiple positions including Head of EU Exit Policy and Business & International Tax, as well as Head of Europe Communications, where responsibilities encompassed media relations and communications surrounding EU issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Private Secretary to two Financial Secretaries and working as a Policy Adviser on personal tax and EU governance. Charlie began a career in finance as an Audit Trainee at PwC Chile after earning a degree from the University of Nottingham.
