Patricia Okenica is an experienced professional in educational program management and consultancy, currently serving as a Regional Program Manager at ASCD since January 2006. Previously, Patricia held the position of Strategic Consultant at PLATO Learning from 2003 to 2006, focusing on professional development and curriculum development for internal and external customers. Prior roles include Regional Consultant at Lightspan Inc. from 1998 to 2003, where Patricia specialized in professional development, coaching, and facilitation, and Consultant at Scholastic from 1996 to 1998, providing regional consulting in South Florida. Patricia Okenica holds a Doctorate in Education Organization from Nova Southeastern University and a Master's degree in Education from Florida Atlantic University.
