Tim Blackstone has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. Tim began their career in the United States Air Force as Staff Sergeant from 1982 to 1990. Following their military service, they worked as a Finance Project Manager at Sunbelt Systems Concepts, Inc. from 1992 to 1996.
Tim then joined Barnett Bank, where they served as a Senior Technical Analyst and Project Manager from 1996 to 1997. During this time, they also took on the role of Finance EDI Specialist and DBA, where they played a key role in the replacement of the contract/expense voucher system for the State of Florida's Banking and Finance Agency. Tim also spearheaded the analysis and development of the ASC X12 813 map for the State of Florida's Gas Tax System.
From 1997 to 2002, Tim worked as an IT Consultant at Blackstone Internet Group, Inc., taking on various projects such as process re-engineering, web services, and database design.
In 2002, they became the Director of Information Systems at MET Logistics, Inc., where they successfully set up the worldwide information systems infrastructure and managed all information systems personnel.

From 2007 to 2010, they worked at the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as the Senior Manager of Applications Development and Service Integration, where they managed web developers and led projects in Agile Web Development.
In 2010, Tim joined Higher Logic as the Director of Integration, overseeing the integration process from a SaaS startup to a corporation with substantial revenues. Tim hired, trained, and managed integration analysts and utilized technologies such as AWS, SQL 2016, C#, and ASP.
Their most recent role is as the Director of Integration at Association Analytics, starting in 2019. In this position, Tim is responsible for all data integrations, utilizing technologies such as AWS and Python to perform ETL processes on various databases.

Tim Blackstone attended the University of South Carolina from 1986 to 1988, where they earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science.
