Michele Fronczak is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Associated Bag since March 2013, Michele has a proven track record in workforce planning and employee relations, having previously held roles such as Senior HR Generalist at Joy Global and HR Generalist at Associated Bag. Additional experience includes managing HR operations at Tushaus Computer Services and SU Group LLC, as well as co-chairing the Employment Practices Committee for MMSHRM and volunteering with job seekers. Michele holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in HR, Adult Education, and Communications from Ottawa University.
