Russell Pollack is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in market operations and software support within the media industry. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Markets Operations at The Associated Press since February 2003, Russell manages all aspects of Markets Operations, ensuring data timeliness and integrity, product delivery, and customer service, while also spearheading new product initiatives. Previously, Russell held the role of Senior Software Support Specialist at The Associated Press, contributing to the Markets Information Group by delivering data to over 900 customers daily and leading various departmental strategies. Prior experience includes working as a Field Engineer at Database Publishing Consultants, Inc., where Russell engaged in development and integration projects, conducting business needs analysis, and overseeing quality assurance testing.
