Amber J. serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Manager at Associated Physicians, LLP since April 2023, focusing on employee hiring, retention, and training related to DEI policies. Previously, Amber held various roles, including Team Lead for Case Managers during the COVID-19 crisis at the City of Milwaukee Health Department and Infectious Disease Specialist for disease investigations. Additional experience includes serving as a Public Health Fellow at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where comprehensive research and project management were conducted. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Affairs and a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from UW-Madison, as well as Bachelor's degrees in Economics and International Studies from UW-Milwaukee, complemented by a Certificate in International Business. Further professional development involved roles in data analysis and equity initiatives in local governance.
