Sheryl Doering Meshke has extensive experience in the dairy industry. Sheryl served as President and CEO of Associated Milk Producers Inc. from January 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Co-President and CEO from December 2014 to December 2022. Sheryl also served as an At-Large Officer on the Board of Directors for the Innovation Center for U.S. Dairy and as a member of the Board of Directors for the National Milk Producers Federation. In addition, they held the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Minnesota AgriGrowth Council and the Minnesota Dairy Research, Teaching and Consumer Education Authority. Sheryl also has experience in various leadership positions, including Past Chairman for both The Cooperative Foundation and THE MINNESOTA FFA FOUNDATION INCORPORATED, and Past President for the COOPERATIVE COMMUNICATORS ASSOCIATION. Additionally, they served as a Cheese Board Member for the International Dairy Foods Association (IDFA) and as an At-Large Operating Committee member of the Board of Directors for the U.S. Dairy Export Council.
Sheryl Doering Meshke has a diverse education background. Sheryl completed their Master of Business Communication degree at the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from South Dakota State University. In 2017, they attended Harvard Business School Executive Education, where they completed an Agribusiness Seminar focused on Agricultural Business and Management.
