Andy Barr has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Engineer and Project Manager at Associated Engineering since March 1997, where expertise and mentorship on water projects are provided. Barr previously held the title of Division Manager for the Water practice in Southern Alberta and managed the Calgary Water consulting group, along with overseeing the Lethbridge office. Prior to this, Barr gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Maxim Engineering and worked as a Civil Engineer at Cominco Engineering Services. Barr began a career in engineering at Alberta Transportation as a Surveyor and Materials Testing Technologist. Education includes a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alberta, along with a Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology.
