Edward Carson, CPHRM, is currently serving as the Risk Manager in the Family Services Division at Catholic Charities of Baltimore since September 2016. With a background in risk management, Edward also holds the position of Managing Director at Turrach Management Consulting since 2003. Edward has held senior vice president positions at Willis Towers Watson, Aon, and Marsh, and previously served in the United States Army Reserve for two years. Edward holds a Master of International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Lynchburg.
