Pavan Kumar Bayyana is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting. Currently serving as the General Manager of Finance and Accounts at Associated Broadcasting Co. Pvt Ltd (TV9) since August 2019, Pavan leads the finance function across seven legal entities, overseeing accounting, financial reporting, and cash flow management. Previously, Pavan held the position of Senior Manager Accounting at Bridge International Academies, where responsibilities included managing global accounting activities and preparing financial statements for multiple international entities. Additionally, Pavan has significant audit experience from roles at Deloitte U.S. India offices and Grant Thornton India LLP, where responsibilities included conducting audits and managing audit teams. Pavan is a qualified Chartered Accountant, having completed education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
