Simon Cowdroy is the Head of HR for the Humber region at Associated British Ports since October 2020. Before this role, Simon worked as a Snr HR Interim at S Cowdroy HR Consultancy and as a Human Resources Project Manager at Creative Foods UK. Prior to that, Simon held the position of Group People Director at The Authentic Food Company and Head of HR UK&I Supply Chain at HJ Heinz. Simon started their HR career as an HR Manager at Youngs Seafood Ltd and holds a CIPD degree from Hull.
