Martin Long has a diverse work experience starting in 2007 as an Account Executive in Publicity and Promotions at Susan Jacobs Inc. Martin then worked as an Account Executive at Moroch from February 2011 to July 2012, before being promoted to Senior Account Executive until June 2014. In 2014, they joined D Custom as an Account Service Manager for a year. Since May 2015, Martin has been working at Associa, first as a Marketing Account Manager until October 2018, then as a Marketing Director until February 2020, and currently as the Senior Director of Branch Marketing.

Martin Long attended Texas State University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Business.
