Kirk Gillespie is a seasoned professional in property management and entrepreneurship, currently serving as Vice President of Rentals at Associa since March 2019. Previously, Kirk co-founded M-Paks, a backpack company focused on innovation and social impact, and held several leadership roles, including Vice President at Property Frameworks and Branch Manager at Pathlight Property Management. Kirk has experience managing extensive property portfolios, overseeing training and departmental operations, and fostering customer relationships across various markets. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Communication with an emphasis on Organizational Communication from Eastern New Mexico University and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
