Rashmi Tiwari is a skilled software professional with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Developer at the National Informatics Center since August 2017, Rashmi previously held the position of Associate System Engineer at IBM India Private Limited from July 2015 to February 2017.
