Evren Kaya is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as HR Director at AssisTT since February 2019, Evren is responsible for organizational development, performance management, business partnerships, and compensation and benefits. Previous roles include HR Business Partnership Group Manager at Turk Telekom and HR Business Partnership Manager at Avea, where Evren built influential relationships with senior management and drove HR strategy implementation within the Technology sector.
