Prior experience includes significant roles at Sobha Ltd. in product development and strategy for markets such as Dubai, Bahrain, and the USA, where strategic planning led to a 15% increase in sales productivity. Adithya M also held the position of Manager of Marketing and Sales at Bharti Realty Ltd., contributing to strategic negotiations with Walmart and coordinating CRM software customization. Previous internships and roles at Emami Ltd and Tata Consultancy Services provided further foundational experience. Adithya M holds a PGDM in Marketing and Strategy from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore, and a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RVR & JC College of Engineering.
